1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms govern Cariew provided by Tech SaaS Cloud Innovations. You must be at least 18, provide accurate information and have authority to accept them.
2. Account responsibility
You are responsible for account security, connected services, device access and all actions initiated through your account. Do not share a personal entitlement, bypass device limits or resell access.
3. Local v1 license
Payment grants one person a limited, non-transferable license to use major version 1 on the permitted enrolled execution device. It includes twelve months of v1 updates. It is not a sale of source code, a lifetime support promise or a license for shared commercial access.
4. Managed subscription
Managed features are available for the paid term and depend on an enrolled desktop for execution. Web/mobile commands may remain queued while the computer is offline. Local records remain available after Managed expiry, but sync, remote control and managed services stop after any stated grace period.
5. Trial
The trial lasts 168 hours after server activation, requires verified email, phone and desktop identity, is limited to one trial per identity and does not auto-renew. We may deny, review or revoke abusive trials.
6. AI and third-party services
You control connected AI, email, LinkedIn, browser and ATS accounts and their charges/terms. Cariew does not guarantee third-party availability, job outcomes, model accuracy, application acceptance or employer response.
7. Responsible use
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy, applicable law, employer instructions, assessment/interview rules and platform terms. You remain responsible for reviewing submissions and communications.
8. Payments, renewal and cancellation
Checkout occurs on the Web. Recurring plans renew only as disclosed and authorized. You may cancel future renewal; refund rights are described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy and any mandatory consumer law.
9. Availability and changes
Beta and coming-soon features may change or be unavailable. We may maintain, secure or discontinue features, provide migration/notice where reasonably possible and revoke unsafe release artifacts.
10. Intellectual property
Cariew software, branding and documentation remain owned by Tech SaaS Cloud Innovations or licensors. You retain ownership of your career content and grant only the limited rights needed to provide requested services.
11. Suspension and termination
We may restrict access for fraud, security threats, abuse, non-payment or material breach. You may stop using Cariew and request account deletion subject to retention obligations.
12. Disclaimers and liability
Cariew is provided with reasonable skill and care but does not guarantee employment, uninterrupted service or error-free AI output. Liability is limited to the extent allowed by applicable law; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
13. Governing law and contact
